Condo 0406 has an extended view from the row of windows in the living room looking out to the Gulf of Mexico from this corner condo.

Hidden Dunes Condominium 0406 is a tropical paradise inside and out! The Gulf views from the private patio, living area, and master bedroom are spectacular and the furnishings have that tropical feel! The living area is surrounded by the beautiful views and has a large flat screen TV for your viewing enjoyment. The sofa also has a Queen sleeper for those extra guests.

The dining area seats six comfortably with extra seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops , new cabinets and appliances, stocked with everything needed for family meals.

The primary bedroom is furnished with cool colors of the water and has its own private entrance to the patio! The guest bedroom also has tropical inspirations with its own connecting private bath. The kids will love the 2nd guest bedroom with bright colors, and a private bath!

Hidden Dunes 0406 is a private gulf haven for your family enjoyment for all your upcoming vacations!

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The condo was spacious with all the comforts of home. The unit faces the ocean and you can look over to the pool area. It is a gated area and we felt very safe. There are several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was a great stay!

September 2016 Stay

Our stay is always fabulous at Hidden Dunes. This was our 4th year for an extended stay. Some of the electrical outlets were loose and did not work. The mattresses in the twin bedroom are awful.You are either fighting to keep the spread on the bed or the mattress from sliding. Having said that, these issues will not keep us from staying there, but should be checked out. Dona is always friendly. She addresses issues promptly. We will be back next year.

Over Promised and Under Delivered

Our introduction began with a broken elevator in a large high rise (broken for our entire stay). Every time the elevator would arrive, it was full. Much of the luggage had to be carried 5 flights of stairs. The unit was poorly cleaned when we arrived. We spent the first hour washing down surfaces and re-washing dishes. Furniture was very old, dirty and faded and we were reluctant to sit on without a sheet. The walls have not been painted for years and have discolored. Doorknobs, towel hangers, drawers, drapes were all in poor working order. The slider going to the balcony was so hard to open and close, it needed two people. The highlight was the coffeemaker, which was new! Outside of the property, the view is good. The beach was great :)
