Located on the fifth floor of building A, Unit 506 has a wonderful beachfront view of the gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy all the comforts of home. Tile flooring throughout the unit as well as all new comfortable bedding (king bed), hallway bunks, wood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, smart TV's,. Most important of all, IT'S CLEAN! This Is a Great unit, to spend your vacation in!

Nothing short of fantastic!

The property is clean, spacious and has all the amenities you could need. Donald was great to communicate with too! We have a 3 year old so this property was great because of the access to the beach, pools and general restaurants and stores in the vicinity.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing week in Miramar Beach. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need, even beach chairs and an umbrella. The host was extremely personable and very helpful. The location was perfect with plenty of places to walk to. We will definitely be back.

We love staying in this condo. It's very clean and well appointed. Great location and walking distance to food if you don't want to drive. The ocean is absolutely gorgeous!

Great, clean condo!!

First time staying here and the condo was great, clean and had all the accessories you need. Beds were amazing too! My kids loved it and the extra blankets in the ottoman make you feel at home. Will definitely be back! The beach chairs and umbrella were a great added bonus!

We throughly enjoyed our vacation here. Donald is very accomadating and if something isnt right he fixes it. The weather was absolutely beautiful. Weve stayed here several years. Its close to everything we need. Id live here if possible.

Lovely condo at the perfect spot overlooking the beach. Felt like you did not need to leave the condo to enjoy the festive atmosphere of the beach while sitting on the balcony. A beach bar on either side of the building on the beach. It was great

Miramar Beach Paradise

This property is by far the best that we have stayed at. From the attentiveness of the owner, cleanliness of the property, communication, check-in and area. It was all perfect. Definitely a 10/10. The unit is really nice! It was more than we were expecting it to be. The owner called before arriving to let us know if we needed anything to let him know. The Majestic Sun is a fun and relaxing place to stay.

Location location location!

Outstanding views of the Gulf. Conveniently located next to Just about everything. The fifth floor unit was the perfect height for beach watching, only 2 floors from the parking garage. Elevators were a few steps away. Very quiet unit also.

Vacation at Miramar

From the time you walked off the elevators til we left. Everything was perfect. The condo absolutely beautiful. The owner went over and beyond to make your stay perfect. We normally stay in Navarre but this beach beats it hands down. The water was so clear. We watched dauphins play in the water everyday. This beach and condo 5 stars.

The water was beautiful. Condo was clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It was nice having other people around, I was never worried about safety even when swimming. The location was perfect. Owner called and checked on me to make sure I arrived safely and that everything was ok. Very friendly.

Love this unit

We are familiar with Majestic Sun, and love the location. The host was very communicative throughout the entire process. The host called to make sure everything met our expectations before and after our trip. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this unit. Furthermore, it was well stocked with kitchen cookware and utensils. It had ample supplies for all needs. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

Absolutely Amazing

From making the reservations to the day we unfortunately had to leave this wonderful condo and go home, the owner was in contact with us. Making the reservation was the easiest ever. I have never stayed anywhere that the owner actually contacted me to give information about the condo/property and really wanted to make sure we were happy with the condo. The condo was immaculate, smelled so good, perfect size for us, the balcony was great and the bed was so comfortable…..It was amazing plus it was very affordable!! I could go on and on about this condo and the location! We will definitely be staying here anytime we come to Destin! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo….. we absolutely loved our time there!

"By Far! Best One 1 Bedroom At Majestic Sun" is spot on!!!!

My family has been renting homes/condos at various beaches for 30+ years and this condo unit is by far the best property we ever rented. Condo Complex - Plenty of parking in rear garage, grounds are well kept. Very nice pools (one is heated) and several hot tubs, all were in very nice condition. We didn't use the exercise room but what I could see, it had everything you would need to kept in shape. Coming from a beer belly 59 year old :-) Unit - Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you may need, master bed and living room furniture was very comfortable and in very nice condition. All appliances were new and in near perfect condition. View - Absolutely wonderful, my wife and I spent many mornings drinking coffee on the balcony enjoying the ocean breezes. Another bonus is the sunsets. Owner - Donald cares about his property, he maintains his property, so his guests get their money worth.. Very accessible if you have any questions or concerns. Cleanliness - Another A+ in my book. His cleaning crew had the unit ready and SPOTLESS before I arrived. Not something I'm used too in the 30+ years of renting..
