Multigenerational family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We’ve stayed at Maravilla many times and love the location and amenities of the neighborhood. This specific condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator as she updated us on things that were happening within the complex, such as power washing and gate repairs. We would definitely stay again.

Girls’ trip!

We had a great trip! The condo was awesome- just as described. We have been coming to Maravilla for years! This may be one of our most favorite condos. It is updated and had everything we needed! Check-in and communication was great! Highly recommend this property.

Miramar beach wins

The Maravilla resort at Miramar beach was terrific! It was clean, convenient to restaurants, included beach setups (chairs and umbrella) and was pet friendly- checked all of our boxes!

Amazing

We absolutely loved the condo! It was very clean when we arrived and the view from the balcony was beautiful with the ocean! Would recommend anyone to stay here and we will be booking with them for future trips!

Another lovely stay!

This is our second time staying here and we just loved it. The space is very cozy, welcoming, and has everything we need. You cannot beat the view, the short walk to the beach, the amenities on site, and that it is dog friendly. Thank you to Louise for being a terrific hostess! We hope to stay again next year!

Thanksgiving Week Getaway

perfect location for us, our friends and the dog. great location across from the beach and easy access to favorite places to eat and shop. balcony was wonderful spot to enjoy the sunsets and people-watch. we are coming back for sure!

Relaxing get away

This condo was perfect for our short get away. Right across from the beach and pool was super close as well. Couple things that made it more like home was the toilet paper, it was not the cheap thin kind and the towels were super fluffy. Master bed was comfortable as well. We will stay here again and the host was very responsive after I booked.looking for. Nice relaxing place, this is it!

Fall getaway

Our condo had a direct view of the ocean and the pool. The condo was just as listed and was very inviting. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our time and would book it again in a second.

Fun Fall Trip

Wonderful location within the complex, beautiful pools, pickleball courts a plus, though we wished they were lighted in the evenings! The view is spectacular and loved being able to walk to and from the beach so easily. Restaurants within walking distance. Communication with owner was great. Overall such a perfect stay. The only downside is that the 2nd bedroom is a tight squeeze for older kids/teens so that could be an issue for some renters.

Clean updated condo and a wonderful view

We had great communication with the owner. That was appreciated. The furniture was in good shape. We absolutely loved watching everyone while sitting on the balcony. We brought our two dogs with us and it went nicely with them. We loved watching all the people walking their dogs. It was a very simple walk across the street to the beach and we loved the Complimentary beach setup. The pool was nice and clean. Enjoyable stay :-)

Family vacation

The only problem we had is that we couldn't stay longer. This place was fabulous, from check-in until the time we left. Location and view were superb. It was stocked with everything we needed, plus extras that made it even more accomodating. Louise was fabulous to work with, and was available if anything was needed ( but we did not run into any problems). We would definitely recommend Casa Blanca, and we will be back for sure.

Lovely condo with amazing view

Had a wonderful time! The condo was within walking to beach a couple of restaurants and bars. We really liked that this area's building's were not high rises. They all looked maybe 4 stories at most. There is a road between you and the beach, but it didn't effect the beautiful view from the deck/porch. Sunrise to your left and sunset to your right, just beautiful. Everything was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo and SO clean!!

We had an amazing time at Maravilla! The weather was rough the first day, and Louise made sure to check on us, making sure we were ok and had everything we needed. This unit is just as described and Louise is extremely attentive and a great host! Cleanliness and attention to detail has been an issue for me in rentals since the pandemic, but not here! It was obviously a priority and I appreciated that. The condo is very well equipped, has a gorgeous view and super comfortable!! Louise cares about her guests and it shows! I have stayed at Maravilla many times, and this unit was definitely one of the best all around. Highly recommend and I hope to stay there again sometime. Thank you Louise for sharing your beautiful place with us!!

Perfect Gulf “Viewcation” Condo

We hit the jackpot when we found this little jewel of a condo! Perfect location, view, comfort, and a wonderful host, Louise! The condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Unit had recently been remodeled and decorated…that was certainly a nice perk. Loved having a balcony that faced the Gulf. Somehow our morning cup of coffee tasted so much better while looking at that blue water! Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! But the very best part of our stay was that it was pet friendly!! We don’t like leaving our little girl at home! The 2nd floor location of the condo was convenient to the elevators and to the walkway to the beach. The complimentary beach chair setup was a big plus! We definitely would return and stay here again! Thank you, Louise, for being the best host!

Wonderful Condo

The first thing my wife and daughter said was "It's so clean!" It is comfortably decorated. The view is incredible. Loved eating breakfast on the patio. It over looks the pool. It's a short walk downstairs to the pool which is very well maintained. Pool furniture is in great shape, not worn. Restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores were within five to ten minutes away. There is only one small closet and one chest of drawers in the master bedroom. There is a two drawer bedside table in the second bedroom. So don't overpack. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed. Parking was abundant. There were a good number of luggage carts available for moving in or out.

Perfect!

Our vacation was perfect, once we got there I sent Louise a text letting her know we were there and loved the place, she actually called to welcome us, such a nice lady. Location: Perfect, great view of the ocean, walking distance to Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joes and don’t overlook Kenny D’s a nice casual restaurant and bar, we walked their one afternoon with our two dogs and had a nice dinner outside. The room 2210 would be hard to beat of all the rooms in my opinion, great view, close to the elevator but not too close and my wife was bragging on how the furniture etc was updated compared to others we have stayed at, for my wife to say that trust me it’s nice. For you geek men and kids, the WiFi has 500 Meg download, what! I’ve never had that anywhere traveling. PETS, they should add Pet Resort the the location, so many people had there pets and everyone we met were pet lovers as we are, when we were unloading we met a couple and this was there 3rd time staying here and the main reason was the location and pets. Honestly I can’t say enough about the place, we will be back for sure!
