- Welcome to Edgewater Beach condo 603. This condo recently has gone through a major and complete renovation. Kitchen has granite counter tops, recessed lighting, new cabinets and appliances. Kitchen has reverse osmosis filter for pure drinking water. Master bath has a walk in shower and motion sensor lighting. Guest bathroom has a tub. Hairdryers in both bathrooms. New tile flooring throughout unit. Condo has 3 flat screen TV's, DVD players and a sound bar system in living room. Free wireless is provided. Master bedroom has a King size bed and a Queen and a Twin in the guest room. Couch folds out into a Queen size bed. Safe provided for your valuables. The balcony has pub height table and chairs for unobstructed view of the Gulf. Snowbirds can get 1/2 of March when renting Jan & Feb only.
