Located only moments away from Baytowne Wharf, this lovely unit is perfect for your visit at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes, stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area seats a total of 6. The living room has plenty of natural light and the over all decor gives a modern beach feel to this cozy unit. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and includes a flat screen tv. There is a access to the balcony through the mater bedroom, with a view of the Choctawhatchee Bay. The master bath has his and her sinks as well as your choice of a large tub or walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large window that also has a partial view of the bay. The guest bath is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Perfect for a family get away, this condo will not disappoint!

That’s why we host plenty of special events, festivals, and entertainers annually, as well as offers some of the finest Destin Florida shopping and nightlife options in our own Village of Baytowne Wharf. This property is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?

**The Grand Sandestin pool deck will be closed for renovation from December 10, 2023 to January 15, 2024. Guests will still be able to enjoy the 4 Sandestin Resort Pools: the pool at Bayside, the Linkside pool on Audubon Drive, the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center near the corner of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue, and the Beach House pool that is located at the beach access on the south side of the resort.**

Nice Property! Excellent location!

The condo was better than we expected! Comfy beds. Well stocked. Nice bay views. Very clean! The only negatives were related to the extremely long waits at check in! Inefficient hour wasted. The pool was very cloudy, hot and not enough shade. We expected the beaches to crowded so not a surprise. The grounds were nice. Shuttles were efficient. Good restaurant selection. We would rent this property again for sure! Thank you to our hosts!
