Welcome to Margarita Villa, a 3 bedroom & 3 bath home located in the Villages of Linkside in the wonderful community of Sandestin. Marg Villa is a freshly updated 1700 square foot home sitting on the Links Golf Club with amazing views of Choctawhatchee Bay. We have taken great care in providing our guests with many amenities and luxuries that should be expected in a luxury beach home! With our 6 seat golf cart the beach is only minutes away plus Baytowne Wharf & Grand Boulevard offers many shopping & dining options! Plan your stay now with Margarita Villa!
This is our home not just some rental! We have taken great effort to make it a beautiful and accommodating home for ourselves and our guests! From a new high end Bintelli golf cart to the extra phone chargers throughout the house, we have tried to meet every need and make our guests' stays remarkable.

As such, please also note that this is a very quiet neighborhood which includes many full time residents. If partying and late nights outside are on your agenda then our house likely isn't for you! But if having a peaceful stay surrounded by beautiful grounds and a view of the bay, then Margarita Villa will be perfect!!
