Golf cart, newly renovated villa, pet friendly!

Welcome to our Family Friendly villa where we hope you create many wonderful memories with your friends and family. This villa is located on the beachside of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort which is very close to the beach. It will only take you approx. 12 minutes to step on the beautiful sugar sand of the Emerald Coast of Florida. You can sleep 8 guests comfortably. We provide a 4-seat golf cart which helps in traveling throughout the resort especially during our peak season. Guest will be so pleased to see that the nicest pool at Sandestin is just "minute away" from the Villa.

The spacious living, dining, and kitchen provide ample room for all to gather. The pristine kitchen is fully loaded with all the typical appliances you have in your own home. This makes cooking for your crowd easy and the chef can still engage in conversation while preparing a delicious Florida feast. Enjoy all NEW downstairs furniture. The sofa is a full-size sleeper where 2 can sleep with ease. There is a half bath downstairs.

Guest will find that the 2 outside seating areas will be the most frequented locations of the villa. There is an enclosed front courtyard that is just perfect for an afternoon of reading on the kindle. The back patio also brings a relaxing feel while watching the ducks swim in the lake. Make sure to bring your fishing rods and partake in some fishing at Horseshoe Lake. The patio table and chairs offer another area to enjoy a cup of coffee or perhaps a sunset cocktail.

Upstairs you will find the sleeping quarters of the villa. The master suite is sizable with a king-size bed and plenty of extra storage. There is also a flat-screen T.V. with Netflix just in case you are rained in for the day. You can also enjoy the sunrise view of the lake from your bedroom. The master bath has a shower and sits just off the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has two full-size beds and another flat screen T.V. The full bath in this bedroom has a shower/ tub combo. You can also enjoy the sunrise view of the lake from your bedroom. The stackable washer and dryer are located between the 2 bedrooms to help dry your beach towels.

When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your fingertips, nature trails, tennis, world-class golf, spa, water activities, and entertainment for the kids. There’s something for everyone of all ages from family movies & concerts on the “green” at Baytowne Wharf to the nightlife of dancing and adult fun (live bands every night).

Fantastic villa

This Villa is very nice, and the owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The view is lovely and the golf cart was such a nice feature at this resort. This area is very dog friendly and there are so many great places to check out close by. The beach is gorgeous also. We extended our stay because it is just that nice here!

Lovely beach villa

We loved our stay here. It was clean and just like the pictures. The location was great and very close to the beach. The golf cart was very convenient for getting to the pool, the beach, and shops and restaurants in the Sandestin resort. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We love these condos!

We love everything about staying in these condos. Perfect size for a family of 6. It is short golf cart ride to the beach, close proximity to shopping & grocery & do many delicious dining. The space itself was clean & exactly as advertised. I highly recommend this condo for your beach vacation.

Our second stay in this VRBO. The owner is terrific, easy to contact, responsive and very accommodating. Super clean, beautiful location on a pond. Convenient to use the included golf cart to get around the Sandestin Resort. I definitely will be booking again.

Property was nicely decorated and well-stocked. Beds were very comfy and we appreciated the extra blankets. The back patio view was beautiful and the outdoor furniture was nice for eating outside or drinking coffee by the lake in the morning. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and Marek was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool was great and the golf cart worked well to pop over to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

We love Sandestin!

We enjoyed our stay. The villa is clean and close to everything. The former guests didn’t charge the golf cart and let the battery die so we contacted the owner and he helped right away to get the golf cart up and running again. Everything is just as stated so if you are thinking about booking - just do it! You will not be disappointed-it was a wonderful vacation.

Great spot for family get-away

Our family of three really enjoyed our long weekend at this patio home. We loved the location right near a lake, under gorgeous oaks, and near great shopping and dining. While the structure is older, the owner has done a lot to make it very comfortable and livable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The furniture was cozy. The bedding was very comfortable. The TV easily connected with all streaming services. We really appreciated the complimentary kit with sample size cleaning products and amenities. While there, our dog caused a small issue, and once we reported it to the owner, he was very responsive and understanding. We really enjoyed this house!

Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Sandestin Location

Review of Townhouse Stay in Sandestin via Vrbo We recently stayed at a townhouse in Sandestin and had a pleasant experience overall. The property was spacious and clean, with a comfortable layout that worked well for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, and while the living area was a good size, the couches weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. Both bedrooms were generously sized, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights. The outdoor patio was a nice spot to relax, with a peaceful view of the pond, and having a grill was a convenient bonus for outdoor meals. The location was definitely one of the highlights—close to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Despite the tropical storm cutting into our beach and pool time, we still had a great stay and would consider returning in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The host was excellent with communication and always quick to respond, which made everything so easy. One memorable moment was when we accidentally returned from the beach in someone else’s golf cart—he was incredibly kind and understanding about it. The villa was perfect for our family, friends, and two dogs, and we all had such a great time. The location was very convenient, with breakfast cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, an outlet mall, souvenir shops, and of course the beach all close by. It was especially nice being able to drive the golf cart around to most of those places during our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend renting from this host to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming getaway. My family and I can’t wait to book with him again!
