Wasn’t that clean

Solid Condo in good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basic but functional 2br/2ba lower unit in the golf villas se tiin of Seascape. Condo was on one of the golf holes and there were a number of golfers playing during our stay but the back porch has some privacy to it nonerheless. Everything was as you'd expect. A little noisy from the unit above from walking around. This u it is tucked well back into the complex but still able to take a cart quickly to most restaurants and stores.

Great quiet location

Great clean place. Was about a 15 min walk to the beach, just be mindful when carrying lots of things. Very quiet and relaxing location. Easy check in and out process. Beach wasn't overly crowded and we were able to find the least populated areas to keep our distance from others. Can't wait to come back and enjoy again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the unit for its location to pool and quiet surroundings away from beach. Furnishings were neat and tidy and clean upon appearance. There was dust and food wrappers left under bed that housekeeping didn't clean. The dehumidifier had not been clean and was developing mold. We were responsible for emptying the water tray each day. The Keurig coffee pot had water in the tray that looked old, so we didn't use it because we didn't know how clean it was. The negative issues were general housekeeping problems. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property and met our needs. I would recommend property if cleaning were improved.

Dirty & deceptive!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I tried contacting ya'll several times, only to be dissed by the receptionist girl! NEVER had anyone from mgmt call me! The place was filthy (dirt, sand, roaches, body odor smelling pillows, etc; etc; (outside of the sheets, towels left the place cleaner than we found it!) and most importantly you KNEW about the MOLD & MILDEW ODOR in the place, as evidenced by the full dehumidifier, as well as unseen (until now) reviews posted by others on Travel Advisor! Is this really how you run a business??? As long as your property owners get paid, they don't care how many people you screw, right??Well, NEVER AGAIN!!! Im the type clientele you should be making happy, as we retired folks will spend money on vacations...but, I WILL SHOU FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOPS to NEVER do business with Seascape managed properties!!! Screw ya'll!!!

July Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was clean and updated. Kitchen and baths were newer and kitchen well stocked. I appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit. I was quite disappointed in the linens provided. There were no sheets on the twin beds and none we could find in the unit. Very few towels and wash cloths available and what we had were small. I was expecting a quieter beach so my fault for not researching the area better. Restaurants were always packed and very long waits. Enterance signage was terrible on beach side!

This is in a great location next to one of the many pools on site. But the unit did not appear to be fully or recently updated. We had some issues with the shower door not operating correctly and the unit did not get cleaned completely before we arrived. I did contact the management company and they did address the issues.

The washer and dryer were a plus. We saved money by having a barbeque for steaks and fish. The kitchen was stocked with pot,pans, and small appliances like a toaster and blender. The access to the beach was by car, no shuttle is provided. The heated pool is by the tennis shop.The guest room and living room were not swept. I had to sweep the first day. There was a significant amount of sand.

Good quiet getaway for our family crisis.

Our stay was due to a family emergency so we did not get to enjoy the nice amenities. The condo was very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults & 1 teen. Thoroughly enjoyed the back patio during our down time. The unit could use better cleaning before guest arrival. Found dirty unwashed dishes in the cabinets. Just very basic surface cleaning had been done. Floors still had a lot of sand & food particles under dining table. Glass dining table had grime on it. No bath mats in bathroom. No pillow cases for extra pillows. Pull-out bed in sofa couch was broken at the head area & had to sleep diagonally. It was great having a washer & dryer. Light bulb over washer & dryer was burned out. Did not report to the office because we were there visiting a Hospice patient and were so busy dealing with that. We loved the 12 cup coffee maker because we had many family members drinking coffee. There was a good variety of pots & pans, etc. Overall we liked the condo and will most likely return one day.

Perfect vacation

The property was just as described. We enjoyed our stay. We liked the ground floor experience very much. Peaceful In the golf villas. Not terribly far from the beach. We walked a day & drove our vehicle to the parking lot another to go to the beach. The Mexican restaurant Mezcal, at the back of resort was delicious. We would definitely stay again.
