You, your family and friends will love Sandpiper by the Sea ~ Windancer 312! This new beachfront one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo in Windancer Condominiums gives you access to all the property's amenities, like free WiFi, private beach access, and the beachfront community pool. The nearby central Destin, FL, location gives you access to all the most popular area attractions, restaurants, shopping, beaches and more. Staying at Sandpiper by the Sea in Windancer will create that relaxing, luxurious beach vacation atmosphere you're looking for on the Emerald Coast!

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by all new coastal chic furnishings and a bright, fresh coat paint throughout. Wait until you see what the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area has to offer! The living are has plenty of seating around the large flat-screen TV for everyone to gather and enjoy. The living area leads to the fully furnished beachfront balcony, which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and spotting dolphins or sipping a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset over the water. And since Sandpiper by the Sea ~ Windancer 312 is an end unit, you have extra windows that offer even more expansive views of the Gulf Coast from almost every room. The kitchen has full-size appliances so you can make your favorite meals while on vacation. The dining area offers seating for four with two more seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom provides a king bed, flat-screen TV and private master bathroom with a spacious vanity and tub/shower combination. Tucked away in the master bathroom is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer for convenience. In the entryway hallway is a half bath and a twin over twin bunk area, which the kids will love!

What a View!

We stayed in this great condo 5 days leading up to Labor Day and enjoyed the view each morning with coffee and each evening with a cocktail. The beach is steps away. Condo is nicely updated and had everything we needed.

Quick Getaway

Very nice location with quick access to the beach. Property was well maintained and updated. Our trip was a last minute weekend getaway before our kids went back to school. Easy check in and check out process. Recommend this condo if you are looking to be close to the beach and enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the whitesands.

Perfect unit!

We have stayed at WindDancer for the last 5 years, and this unit is BY FAR our favorite. Having interior windows and an unobstructed balcony view is a game changer. Very modern and clean on the inside. We will do everything in our power to book this place next time we come down to Miramar Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time at this location. Booking process was easy and convenient and all went smoothly from beginning to end. This is an end unit with more windows to let in the Florida sunshine. The unit was very clean and was perfect for my husband and me. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the front door. Had to enter the code a few times before it worked most of the time and then it was hard to get door open. It took a really hard push to get it open. All else was great and we would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windancer is the best location ON THE BEACH and has very few steps to be on the sand. Only 4 stories with maximum beach frontage allows for a large amount of beach with less people. Other properties have many many stairs to climb but this property has the least amount of stairs making it super easy to haul your stuff (or yourself) to the beach. Hallway bunks are fun for the kids and sturdy enough for adults. Updated kitchen & flooring. Great corner unit offering expansive views with extra windows. The 1.5 bath works great offering 2 separate toilet & sink areas. Can't beat the price for a great stay & location.

Very nice

This unit is in a great location, nicely decorated, clean, and updated. The beach area isn't overcrowded which is great. Only complaint..the beds are horribly uncomfortable except the bottom bunk. The main bedroom mattress is very lumpy. Overall it's a great place though!

Beach condo is in an amazing location, quiet, beach umbrella and chairs was such an added bonus. Bed is really soft, which may or may not be your preference.

Spectacular views from this third floor end unit at Windancer 312

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windancer 312 is a light and airy condo with spectacular sunset and gulf views. Recent updates and extra end unit windows set it upart! We enjoy being right on the beach and near Scenic 98 where we can walk or bike. There are lots of fun restaurants close by. The sandwiches at Casparell's are excellant for either lunch or dinner and you can easily walk there. Lovely and Scott from Emerald Coast gave us great service and were always available.We would highly recommend Windancer 312!

The kitchen was very updated but the only piece of furniture that needs to be replaced is the couch. It is not firm at all and you sink down and very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything is fine.
