Great location and everything was perfect

This place is right across the beach. They have a pool on the beachside which is so convenient when coming back from the beach. Its a private accsess so the beaches werent crowded. The 2 chairs and umbrellas included topped it off!!

Great stay overall

The location is perfect, view is stunning, beds are comfortable, kitchen was adequate. Unit was beautifully decorated. I would recommend hooks in the entryway for beach bags, towels etc and also in the bathrooms as there was no place to hang towels after shower. Upon entering, we noticed the main bath toilet was pouring water from under the tank at every flush. I called the number for the property manager and also texted but never got an answer. We had to place a pot from the kitchen to catch the water so we could use the toilet. A few throw blankets would be nice to have as well. There was only one dishcloth for the kitchen. It would be nice to have a scrub sponge. I was grateful there was salt and pepper shakers because I forgot to bring mine. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

We had a great time at 804. Condo was very spacious and clean. Balcony has great furniture and views. Area was quite even with construction. Only thing that I would consider needing improvement is the master bedroom mattress. We will be back. The umbrella and chair boys are very nice and accommodating.

The condo was precious with that beachy vibe. We loved it. Spent a lot of time on the patio with coffee and cocktails people and dolphin watching. Location is so awesome as well!

We had a great stay at 804 Leeward Key. Gulf views were beautiful. Pools were clean along with the property. Great location that was close to restaurants and stores/shops. Access to the beach was very close. Free beach umbrella and chairs were a great plus. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was just as advertised. Everything was present to be comfortable. The view was incredible, access to pool and beach easy. Location was great, in a non commercial area, but close enough to Whole Foods, etc. We would return in a heartbeat.

The rental and arrival process from beginning to end couldn’t have been more convenient and easy. Truly great. Love the location, easy beach access, spaciousness, affordability, etc. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but nothing huge to deter us from being happy with our rental. Fantastic!!!

We LOVE it here! We have been coming here for over 15 years and will keep coming back. Condo is great as it is in the middle of the building, very quiet, great view and very clean. The beach is fantastic and we love the pool by the beach as well. Also, we love the fact that you can walk to several places to eat and everything you need is a short drive from groceries, spirits, pharmacy, shopping, great food and atmosphere and entertainment. We will be back and especially to this unit! We LOVE it!

Very nice room. Nicely decorated. I would stay there again, just a couple minor issues that were not even worth reporting since I was only there for 3 days. The bathroom sink backed up and I had to use a plunger on it and there was either dog or cat hair all over the couch. I just put a sheet over the couch.

Secure & comfortable

Great location, comfortable & clean. Spouse a Veteran was not able to physically walk on the beach so excellent view for him to enjoy from the balcony. Elevators convenient. If I had a negative the spare bedroom had a little noise from elevator beeps through the night & early morning. Not much can be done for that with location of condo. Property manager very quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely use property managers again & rerent this condo! Thank you
