As you enter Majestic Sun 812A vacation rental condo you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and a tastefully decorated living room. The first thing you will notice is sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony that offers full views of the breathtaking shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the balcony and you can feel the fresh air rolling in from the beach. Relax in one of the lounge chairs and savor a captivated sunset. This is what vacations are all about! The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, and an adjoined master bathroom. The second bedroom is generous and contains a queen size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. With room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this beautiful Destin vacation rental condo is perfect for your next family vacation!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Our stay was great! The only thing that we were shocked about, was the online pictures that we looked at had a full sized and twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. This was not the case. Other than that, it was fabulous! Thanks!

I love the ocean view and the convenience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The addition of the $100 Livewell Credit and the VIP perks made our stay much less of a hassle. We didn't have to drag beach chairs and a beach cart in our vehicle. Already have another unit booked for August!

The wait for them were pretty long. But nothing major. We will be booking for next year for sure!!!

The location on the 8th floor and view are amazing. It was all good...except for the beds. We travel a LOT and adjust to about any bed. However this was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept well. The master mattress especially sagged terribly and both sides of the mattress were a couple of inches lower than the middle of the bed; one side had a "bowl." The mattress was just worn out. After the second night of a 10 day stay, and trying to adjust, we contacted Destin Palms. We were hoping that perhaps the owner did not know the situation and might update their mattresses. We offered to switch condos to get a good night's sleep. Destin Palms said switching condos wasn't an option and they would contact the owner. This was no resolution. The second bedroom mattress was not quite as broken down but still not comfortable. We would love to stay in this condo again but would only do so when the mattresses have been replaced.

We appreciated this so much especially after the last place we stayed, we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Also, the communication and checking in were spot on!! Not too much to be a bother, but also if I had a question, the owner was quick to respond (under 30 mins easily). We will be back for sure in the future and thank you again.

We are frequent VRBO travelers. This is our first resort experience as a family, and it was fantastic! I have a family of very picky frequent travelers who are easy going enough to sleep on the floor, but will take issue with uncleanliness or anything broken or unkempt, and my teens will identify it quickly. We literally had NOTHING whatsoever come up with this property, with the exception of a balcony smoker somewhere downwind from us. But the property manager got to me before I got to her and it was resolved without issue. I can’t really even come up with anything critical to improve upon - maybe additional seating at the dining table? Room for 2 more would be ideal for a family dinner. So what did we love then? 1. The property was exactly as described. 2. The check in process, and the rules and requirements for the resort, were clear and easy. 3. The condo had Alexa preprogrammed with our unit info and anything we needed we just asked Alexa. It was also pretty fantastic to have her there to throw on some music during downtime or when making dinner 4. The beds were super comfortable - the bedding clean and practical. I have a daughter with OCD and often she will either sleep on top of bedding with her own blankets, or launder everything multiple times before she will relax and allow herself to sleep IN the bed. From the first night she was snuggled in tight and slept like a baby. THIS IS HUGE FOR US!! 5. The view was incredible! Unobstructed views of the beach. We couldn’t see direct sunrise or sunset, but you still can catch the colors of both. 6. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and a large skim board available for use. Which was AWESOME bc I forgot my son’s skim board! 6. The amenities for the resort were great! Some must do’s! Rent chairs & umbrella - daily rate is $45 + tax. If you do daily, the hut opens at 9am. I was there by 8:00 every morning and was never first. You can rent by the week, but we always have at least 1-2 days we are not on the beach, so for us it would have been considerably more $$. Do your homework on the experiences. While you do get a discount through the resort, we found that the discount still made it more expensive. And most were booked out several days. We did the research ourselves and found cheaper options with good reviews that we were able to book for the next day at the time of our choosing. Just something to think about! This was SUCH a memorable week. THANK YOU!!
