    Welcome to Huntington by the Sea 107, a beautiful one bedroom unit located on the first floor! The only true corner unit with a private entrance dedicated to this condo, you will not want to miss this opportunity at the recently renovated gem of Miramar Beach.



    Upon entry to Huntington by the Sea 107, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for guests after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for all. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!



    Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful white sands and beach views from both the living room and bedroom



    Huntington by the Sea 107 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with our accommodations. The complimentary beach chairs were a nice touch.

Great Get Away

One bedroom unit on ground floor made it easy to get back and forth to beach and pool. Beach was clean and less crowded than other beaches in area. Having chairs come with the stay helped make it more enjoyable with kids, less to carry back and forth! Walking distance to Surf Up for snow cones or dinner was a plus!

Overall, great stay! The location is everything. The beach is right out your back door. Condo is clean. Only thing that could make it a 10/10, the shower needs to be redone and the couch, albeit comfy, has noticeable stains.

Perfect size for our small family of 3. Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location and right in the beach access. Thought there should be more communication about the entrance being on the side of the building and separate from the rest of them.

Perfect! It’s a smaller complex so not as crowded as those high rises. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning with my coffee and a beautiful view.

Great overall, just a small fixable concern

We loved the condo. It had what we needed and nothing extra, and was ideally located. Beach wasn't crowded at all for Memorial Day weekend. Unit was very clean, except there was a urine smell around the toilet. Also the toilet seat was loose on one side. We will definitely stay in this building again!

Great getaway

This property location was amazing. We have stayed at this property before, not this room but the property. We did NOT like the bed and the feeling we were sleeping on plastic. Every time you move it makes noise: I get trying to preserve the mattress but this is a bit much. We will NOT book this room again!! We have stayed at this property and rebooked rooms we loved. This was not one of those. Take the plastic off the bed and we would love to comeback.

Condo on Miramar Beach

Located on Miramar Beach, the condo was very clean and as described. It was a first-floor unit right on the beach with a small patio. The bed was very comfortable. The texts with the lockbox number were great and the check out information was helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early and were allowed to check in early. An added bonus were the umbrellas and beach chairs that were put out every day. We hadn't expected this. The man who did this every morning, Jessie, was very nice. We gave him a tip on our last day. We were not sure what the protocol is for that. Would definitely go back.

Location is fantastic! You are literally 180 steps to your beach chairs!! Cute and quaint condo that’s perfect for two. Minor complaints include, the floors need mopped badly!! Our feet were black after just a few minutes of walking barefoot around the condo. The plastic mattress over, I understand is necessary to protect the mattress but there has to be a better way!!! We nicknamed the bed “the diaper bed” because every time you moved it sounded like you were sleeping on a diaper. The other minor things, some of the blinds were broke, stains on the couch and the dining room chair covers. Other than those minor things, we loved our stay.

Great location but don’t recommend

The location was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Not crowded. Pretty view from inside the condo. It felt super dirty. There was some sort of fluid, hopefully water, all over the toilet seat when we arrived. The baseboards were caked with dirt and hair. Old hairs stuck to the floor around the corners in the restroom. Lights were covered with grime. What looked like a booger was smeared on the wall in the restroom. The couch and chairs were filthy. Mold all in the shower. Air vents caked with dust. I’m having to revise my post before they’ll let me submit to not include the amount of the cleaning fee, but for the amount they charge for a cleaning fee I would expect more of a detailed clean. It’s an older space, but It felt like we were living in someone else’s filth. The waterproof mattress cover sounded and felt like we were rolling around on a tarp. No response to the message or pictures I sent to the contact on VRBO upon arrival so I’m assuming this is normal for a stay there. Two days later, they did respond to the fact that there wasn’t a remote for the tv and brought us one. Not the worst place, but I can’t say I’d return.
