Welcome to Beach Kisses, a beautifully vacation home just 50 yards from the shore, where you can both see and hear the waves as they "kiss" the soft white sand. This spacious five-bedroom, three-story retreat offers sweeping views of the emerald waters from every level, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests.

Beach Kisses features modern amenities, including flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. After a quick one-minute walk back from the beach, you'll find a private, covered 10' x 16' pool on the ground floor. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, with a palm-lined patio, Adirondack chairs, a grill, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge—ideal for enjoying a poolside drink. There’s also covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom offers stunning gulf views, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a garden tub, and a shower. This floor also has a queen bedroom with gulf views, a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed, and a shared full bathroom.

The third floor is the heart of the home, designed for entertaining with its open layout and breathtaking gulf views. A large farmhouse-style dining table, bar seating, and cozy living areas make this the perfect spot for gathering with family and friends. Step outside onto the balcony, where bar-height Adirondack chairs provide the perfect perch to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and oversized tile flooring, all enhanced by the natural light flooding through the room's many windows.

The top floor hosts two additional bedrooms, including a second king suite with hardwood floors, panoramic gulf views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. An adjacent queen suite also offers its own private bath and stunning water views. Both rooms open onto a shared porch with Adirondack seating, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a peaceful read.

Along with all of these accommodations, this Miramar Beach home is conveniently located. Grocery, Pharmacy, and Wine shops are walking distance away, along with the Silver Sands Outlet Mall for shopping needs. Our popular beachfront restaurants and destinations are also minutes away on Scenic Gulf Drive.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

To ensure a convenient and hassle-free stay, we've made sure our property is equipped with all the essentials. You'll find a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body and face soap, toilet paper, facial tissues, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, a dish sponge, bath towels, and bed linens.
