  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We are within 3 miles of the nearest beach access where you can enjoy the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! This condo is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard and less than a mile to Baytowne Wharf where you can enjoy plenty of shopping, restaurants and night life. Our condo also offers a pool and gym to use during your stay. Free parking for the entire stay.

Perfect spot for couple! Location was very close to the beaches but yet out of the traffic. Would definitely stay again! Pretty pond on the side of unit with table to hang out at. Bed was comfortable and unit has great air conditioning.
