    THE NEW BEACHSIDE II POOL is NOW OPEN and includes a hot tub, new landscaping and gas grills for guests use!

    This Luxury, unique, 3BR condo sits perched on the 8th floor of Beachside II in a unique stack in the building, offering endless panoramic views from the entire unit. You WONT be disappointed. The Primary bedroom offers a king bed with its very own secluded private balcony with beach views and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and water closet. The guest bedrooms offer queen beds and share an updated bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals while you overlook the beach. Enjoy dining at the 6 seat dining table or lounging in the living area on the plush sectional, watching your favorite shows and spending time with family all while the beach is your backdrop. Limit to 6 occupant ONLY.

    Hop on the tram and take a quick trip to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guests are just minutes from everything - the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

    CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

    NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.
