You can also take in these views from the living room inside. The room includes a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, two light brown armchairs, a modern lounger, and a reading chair. The seating ensemble sits atop a Persian rug and faces a TV. A telescope next to the window and door is perfect for stargazing, watching the waves, or finding your friends on the beach! The open kitchen includes handsome wood cabinetry, spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island in the center. Whether making sandwiches or cooking a deluxe vacation meal, the kitchen has everything you need. Continue onto the other side of the kitchen, where a round table and chairs make up the casual dining area. The dining space sits beside another set of windows and glass doors. These lead to a separate balcony overlooking tennis courts and the coastal landscape.

The primary bedroom is warm and inviting, featuring a king-size bed, wooden foot bench, abstract wall art, TV, and access to the gulf-facing balcony. Its ensuite bath boasts a large vanity and walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head. The sunny guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, distressed dresser, side tables, and access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

There are a lot of perks that come with staying at the Mainsail, one of which is the close proximity to the beach—less than a minute's walk from the property! The community pool area is right across the street from the beach and has a large pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills. If you're the type to maintain a fitness routine on vacation, don't sweat it—or, well, do! Get your workout in at the outdoor tennis courts or in the exercise room with free weights, weight machines, and cardio machines. Free seasonal beach service is also included.

In addition to onsite amenities, the property is near Miramar Beach dining, shopping, and entertainment. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, known for its discount designer shopping, is within walking distance. Nearby, Grand Boulevard, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf each offer a unique variety of shops and restaurants, so be sure to check them out as well!
