Welcome to Sand in Your Sandals, a beautifully updated condo in the highly rated Maravilla Resort. Located on the second floor of Building 3, this bright and airy unit features an oversized balcony with lovely side views of the Gulf, accessible from both the living room and the master suite. Inside, you’ll enjoy granite countertops, comfortable beds, and stylish hardwood‑look tile throughout.

Maravilla is one of the area’s most desirable resorts thanks to its unbeatable location JUST ACROSS THE STREET from our private 2.5‑acre beach. Seasonal beach setup (March–October) with two chairs and an umbrella is included. The resort is family‑ and dog‑friendly and offers two pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, a fitness center, community grills, picnic areas, and two free parking spots. Miles of walking and biking paths surround the property. The condo is stocked with games, beach toys, a wagon, and sports equipment to make your stay even easier.

The white‑sand beach is only 150 yards away, with kayaks, paddleboards, beach wheelchairs, and seasonal beach volleyball available. Our beach vendor also offers bike rentals, golf carts, and bonfire services.

You’ll be within walking distance of popular restaurants like Pompano Joe’s, Captain Dave’s, and Kenny D’s, plus coffee and ice cream shops. Excellent shopping is minutes away at Destin Commons, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Grand Boulevard. Adventure seekers can enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, pontoon rentals, dolphin cruises, and fishing charters. Golfers have access to top courses including Regatta Bay, Kelly Plantation, and Indian Bayou. Families will love Big Kahuna’s Water Park and The Track’s go‑carts, rides, and arcade.

Our housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining the condo. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and all linens are professionally laundered at high temperatures for your comfort and peace of mind.

Contact owner for approval of stays over thirty days. Twenty percent discount for long term stays only applies in the months of January - February.
Guest must confirm that they do not plan to hold parties or events at the condo.

If you’re looking for the perfect location, look no further! Check-in & Check-out a breeze, everything you could possibly need and more included. Place was very clean. Host was always available if needed and has the perfect visitor’s guide if you’re looking for things to do with young kids (besides the pool & beach). We will be back and highly recommend this rental.

A dream vacay

We really enjoyed our nice and relaxing stay. The beach was steps away and loved that they had chairs and umbrella included. Great walking trail next to the condo and fast response in any question that I had from owner. The grounds around the area was very clean as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Spring Break getaway

Lovely condo and Michelle checked in with us making sure all was good! I’ve never had a host check in and make sure we were good so that was huge to me! The condo has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, etc! Very clean and neat! Just a short walk to the beach!

Excellent Beach Stay

We have been to this area many times. This condo is at the top of our list. Very clean. Close to beach. The beach chairs are a huge plus as well. Host was very inviting and available if needed. We will definitely be back.

We had the very best stay!! The condo is in a great location. Many walkable restaurants in area and beach right across street. You can view the water from the balcony. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed including a pack n play and high chair for our 11 month old. We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Rental!

We had a great time staying here. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner was very responsive when we contacted her about the elevator not working. Within the day, she had contacted the repairman and it was working again! We would definitely stay here anytime we’re in the area.

Great get away

Great location near the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo had everything that you needed. King bed was very comfortable. Furniture was very nice throughout the unit. The complex is pet friendly and has several amenities. We will definitely come back?

Just What we Needed!

Maravilla is a great location in Miramar Beach. It's easy to get to the beach, nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This unit was clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained, well-stocked and secure. The owner Michelle is friendly, prompt, efficient and readily available to communicate at any point from booking thru checkout! We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We loved everything about this trip! The owner is amazing! The communication is top notch, no BS! She made sure we knew there would be construction during our stay and kept us updated on it, when she was made aware of a situation, she told us immediately. She had an unexpected situation come up right before our dates and we were impressed by the way she handled it! We loved the property, the items in the condo that were available to us, the location, everything was great!

Perfect

This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The unit had everything you could want for a beach vacation - games, beach chairs, a cooler, water toys - and was beautiful and so comfortable. The location was perfect. Steps to the beach and right by a lovely walking trail through Miramar Beach. The host was super communicative and welcoming. The best part is, we were able to bring our dog! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I can't recommend this rental highly enough.

Spring break visit

This was a great home to spend the second half of our spring break. The property was as listed and had lot of amenities for the beach. It's also very near plenty of restaurants and amusements. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a small issue with getting warm showers but I'm sure it will be rectified. The owner has notified us that the property was undergoing a major renovation. The work did impede our movement and caused a good bit of dust and noise. That made it a 4.5 star visit for us but I understand the work will be completed in a few months.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Michelle checked in with us numerous times and kept us updated throughout the week. She has everything you need and more. I usually bring extra trash bags and zip lock bag…I didn’t need to, Michelle had those covered. Need extra sunscreen or aloe….already there too. Basically, all the things that you might find yourself running to the store for are already thought of and taken care of. We brought our Golden Retriever who absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony with me to people watch. Access to beach was great and the “chair guys” were amazing…even offered to run to gas station to get me an Alani. The pools, pickle ball courts and cornhole boards were fantastic when we needed a break from the beach. The location of the resort is also great- easy to grab a bite to eat and shop! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The condo is exactly as presented in VRBO. The condo was clean and you had a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very stocked if you wanted to cook in the kitchen. Worked perfect for us.
