Beach Front Property with lots of space! Two balconies and Gulf views!

  • Enjoy HUGE condo! Home away from home. Two separate balconies offers more room and lots of leisure area. This unit has GREAT accessibility. Elevator within 20 steps as well as steps if you don't like to wait in. Gated private resort located directly on beach. Wonderful views of the Gulf with direct access to the beach (no crossing streets), 2 bedrooms / 2 baths - 1340 sq. ft. , TVs in each room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, 2-Pools (one heated), Outdoor Hot Tub, and Children's Wading Pool and waterfall play area, Fitness Center, BBQ Grills provided, 24 hour security and secured access.

    Rental rates include up to 6 guests and 1 vehicle parking pass. Each additional guest is $25 per person (maximum of 8 people total) and each additional vehicle parking pass is $50. This is collected prior to check in at the gate to avoid any disruption in the check in process.
