Located in the Gulf-front building, this inviting fourth-floor condo offers front-row access to sugar-white sand and emerald waters.

Enjoy Gulf views from the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as from the spacious primary bedroom, which opens directly onto a large Beach-front balcony—perfect for morning coffee, relaxing with a book, or catching a sunset. The guest bathroom includes a tub, ideal for families with young children, while the primary bathroom features a walk-in shower for added comfort. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience.

Guests of HD0404 enjoy access to all three community pools, including the Gulf-front pool exclusive to condo guests, plus additional resort amenities throughout Hidden Dunes.

The Hidden Dunes Community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
