Fabulous Stay

Loved everything about it! The place was clean and the location was perfect. Walked right out to the pool and the beach was just a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing to note is that the pool area doesn't open until 9:00, which means you can’t take the shortcut to the beach; you have to walk around the front and side of the hotel. Not a far walk, just something to note. Loved this place!

Great location for the beach access

The property is nice. Location is great. Furniture could use some updating. And a few things need some work. But overall a good condo. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Location

This place was perfection. So close to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed being on the first floor and the large patio. I would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this property for 3x now! We love the location and the convenience with having kids. It is absolutely perfect! It seems that a new mattress was put in the master room since our last stay and it is VERY FIRM. It was not comfortable. There is also a huge crack through the entire ceiling in the living room, which is a bit concerning. For the most part, the property was very clean. The master shower/vent did seem to have some mold and could have been cleaned better.

Even Better Than The Listing

This is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in the Destin area. Beautiful views, clean, well stocked and a perfect location! There’s a closet with beach chairs, floats and sand toys, or you can rent umbrella/chair service at the beach for $50/day. The pool, restaurant, and beach are literally just steps away! Our family can not wait to go back. Already planning our next trip, and we’ll definitely book the same location!

Family beach trip

This condo is the perfect location! Just steps from the beach and pools. The food was pretty good at pool restaurant also, super convenient to jsut walk down to from condo. We didn’t leave the condo much at all but Baytown Warf was fun for kids and great area to explore with good restaurants and plenty of fun things for our kids to do. Our kids are 4 and 7, they loved the pools and beach!

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. The access to beach/ pool couldn’t be better. We did have issue with oven not working and took a while to find solution but overall happy with the place/ management. I would definitely say at this location/ condo again. Fully stocked and it was nice to have set up toiletries in each bathroom. Two different style coffee maker’s available. The beach service was easy to deal with and pool side restaurant was reasonably priced, great service, quick with decent food.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Topsl multiple times a year. This unit was okay. However on the first day the oven had roaches and my wife even spoke with the bug man who stated to not use the oven. We then contacted the management company who said this wasnt true. To make a long story short we then had to eat out every single day. They did replace the oven on the last day. We had asked for some sort of compensation all week and they said we had to wait until after we checked out.....here we are 2 months after and still no refund. I hope the owners know the truth about this issue. We even offered to give this condo another try in the future....

Best location at the entire resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was like having the penthouse but on the 1st floor. You do not have to deal w a small balcony. It is a huge open patio within steps from the pool. And the closest to the beach access. No elevators to deal with. You simply walk right out. The patio area is totally worth it alone. The furniture was great out there. We always hated lugging our beach stuff thru a maze of hallways and elevators. Soooo easy. DOWN FALLS for us particularly, which had nothing to do our condo were...The beach only allows umbrellas. We were disappointed because we like to set up our canopy. And the bar of the resort closed way too early, and the live music was corny.

Worth Returning

I usually book units with expansive unobstructed beach views, but I was pleasantly surprised with this unit. Being on the bottom floor was well worth sacrificing some of the beach view. Convenient to the beach, pool, pickleball courts, EV charging, and really good pool-side restaurant this one has become one of our very favorites. In fact, having the EV charger puts this one at the top of our list. The only negative was the totally uncalled for, harassment really, at the guard gate when my 38-year-old son, and 3rd guest on our reservation, had tried to enter the resort 2 days after my husband and I arrived. The lady at the gate kept him pulled aside for 20+ minutes and all after seeing the reservation number--- which was for the 3 of us, same last name-- checking his driver's license, talking to me on the phone, seeing a screen shot of the reservation (she said NO screen shots!). She had us 3 on her list because that's all the guard my husband and I had encountered asked for-- our last name and unit number--we were in with our parking pass within a minute after he checked his list two days before. For my son, when he was still being blocked from entering after at least 20 minutes, I called the rental company and he called my son's number (I guess he doesn't have a number to the guard house) but by that time the lady had finally given him his parking pass. Security is appreciated, harassment is not! The last thing you want is to start your vacation like that!

Tops’l is the best but not the unit

We arrived at the unit with the outside temperature 103° in the inside temperature of the unit in the upper 80s only to find the air conditioner was broken. We spent the first several hours with no air conditioning. It was finally fixed later in the evening. The unit could use some updating. We have stayed at Tops’l Beach resort at least 10+ times and this is probably the worst unit we’ve ever had. The beds need to be updated and the pillows felt like hockey pucks. The kitchen is ill equipped with lot’s of items but they are mismatched for example pots and pans with no lids. There was a nice selection of beach toys and chairs in the master bathroom closet however, they were covered with sand and many of them broken. The refrigerator is missing several door shelves, and it was difficult to stock the refrigerator with items such as milk. Usually when you go to a vacation rental, there are some amenities you expect, for example, salt, pepper, coffee filters, and cleaning supplies. There was even a broom and dust pan. I don’t usually write reviews but felt it necessary to take the time to write this one. I wish there would have been a way for me to contact the owner before writing this.

Beautiful Condo/ Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needed additional cleaning, I had to clean the countertops and stovetop. The patio was dirty. I had to wash the table and chairs due to Bird Poo. The Patio had a lot of trash that needed to be swept. Luckily, the facility man came over and used the leaf blower to clean the patio.
