Maravilla Building TWO, Ground floor UNIT 2103. Located just 30-40 steps to the pool OR beach......always less than a minute from your condo to any chair....beach or pool.

The Maravilla complex has had significant exterior renovations in 2025 and it looks amazing.

Unit 2103:
This is a ground floor unit that is truly a gulf-front view. It doesn't get any more convenient than this if you have kids! You don't have to carry your beach bag, coolers, boogie boards, or towels far at all. The decor is upscale rustic coastal with an emphasis on "comfort"! It truly offers the "WOW" factor! You can park at your front door and escape out the back door to the pool or beach.

Bedrooms:
This unit sleeps 6 with a king bed and TV in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with a TV and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This unit is very popular for families with small kids. You can lay out by your door or the pool while the little ones sleep. We keep a port-a-crib in the condo if needed.

New stainless kitchen appliances and remodeled tiled showers.

Our condo offers Wireless Internet Access and free umbrella /beach chair set up! Your chairs are waiting for you in the sand so don't have to bother packing them.

The Maravilla property offers two pools (one heated), a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a new workout room and shuffle board. It is located within a 5 minute drive of several golf courses, the Outlet Mall and Destin's shops and restaurants of Baytown Wharf! Many, many guests continue to choose Maravilla year after year. Come and see why!

Unfortunately, golf cart rentals and trailers are not allowed on Maravilla property.

There is NOT a better family resort on Scenic Gulf Drive.

Perfect Condo Placement

We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla. The property was just as described and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the amenities that Maravilla had to offer such as the workout room and the pickleball courts. We also liked how convenient the unit was to the front pool and the beach access. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to the beach access, and loved the beach chairs and umbrella that came set up with the condo. But there were a few things that could be improved, the kitchen sink faucet was wobbly, the bathroom toilet seat was also loose. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would choose this condo again.

We stayed here back in May! We loved it so much we booked again for our August trip! Prime location on the first floor just steps away from the crosswalk leading to the beautiful beach! Very nice up kept property and this unit is 10/10! A lot of things to do close by. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Miramar now!!

Great condo and location!

The condo is super cute and in a great location close to restaurants and a very short walk right across the street to the beautiful beach. It is so easy to go back and forth for lunch. The pool is so close too . We did grocery shopping at nearby Winn Dixie. The bottom floor is super convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future, it was great !!

Condo was clean and updated. 2nd bedroom was a little small with only bed and nightstand- no closet or drawers for clothes. Main suite nice. Downside was accessing beach required crossing busy street. Overall was nice unit and complex.

We absolutely LOVED this unit and had the best time ever! It was just perfect. First of all, it was very clean and there was no sand at all inside. It had everything we needed to cook. The kitchen sink was the perfect size to bathe our baby. Some helpful things we found in the unit: kids' toys, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, lots of blankets and pillows, and a very comfortable couch for napping. What we loved the most though was the location. It's practically on the water. Loved the green space outside and that there is access through the back door. I cannot wait to come back.
