*The Beachside II building is continuing with exterior stucco and minor construction work during Fall of 2025 through Spring of 2026. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for any minor inconvenience this may cause.

Located just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, 4325 Beachside II offers a spacious 1BR-1BA floor plan with 1036 square feet and breathtaking views of the beach, gulf and pool. The balcony offers high top table seating for the best beach views!

This recently updated and newly furnished 12th floor corner unit features all tile flooring. Our fully equipped kitchen is complete with new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The thoughtfully designed living area features comfortable furnishings, an HDTV, a queen sleeper sofa, two new recliners and leads to a private balcony complete with cozy outdoor seating. There is also an additional queen size Murphy bed. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, an HDTV with DVD player, oversized windows and a spacious en suite master bathroom that was completely remodeled in December 2024. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and wireless internet is complimentary.

Convenience is key at Beachside II with easy parking, keypad entry, and direct beach access. Beachside II also features a fitness room, a hot tub, a seasonally heated swimming pool with tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area. Located on the beach side of the beautifully manicured Golf and Beach Resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with complimentary tram access, guests can experience all that The Resort has to offer - hassle-free!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.

Place was nice, view was amazing, we enjoyed the balcony. The bedroom & bathroom are little tight, but ok.Overall stay was good, property manager was good in communicating everything we needed to know.

The condo was lovely and perfect for our anniversary get-away! It was well decorated and comfortable with an awesome view of the pools and the beach/gulf. Convenience to the restaurants on the property and Baytown Wharf made this an ideal place for us! We’ll be back!

Great Stay!

Even though we arrived just as the Historic Snowstorm of 2025 was arriving, we loved our stay. The view is fantastic, great location and host made it all easy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower head makes up for the shower being in the tub. The kitchen is well stocked, so if you choose to cook it is not a problem. We will return when we choose to stay in a one bedroom!

The views in the promotional material accurately reflect the property. The elevator service in the condo was prompt. The beach crowd the second week of May is comprised mostly of adults, and families with younger children.

Absolutely perfect!!

From the very beginning of booking, until the end of our stay, Neal was wonderful about answering my questions and making sure it was a perfect vacation for me and my family. Great view and great location

Everything is as said in the listing. We really enjoyed waking up to the beach view from our bed each morning. Our family rented our chairs for the week and loved proximity to Baytowne and Grand Boulevard. Property manager was super accommodating. We loved our stay.

Amazing Views

We enjoyed our stay at this Oceanfront condo. The view from the balcony and the bedroom was beautiful. Great location and close to everything. Having access to the Tram was perfect to travel back and forth to the Wharf. It was very clean and detailed instructions were sent prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend.

Clean and convenient

Very turnkey. It was just my two little girls and I but it was perfect for a long weekend. Super easy to get to the beach and pool and you can get drinks and snacks right there on the beach. The tram made it very easy to get back-and-forth to Baytown to shop and dine. we would definitely go back.
