Located in the gated SEASCAPE Resort of Destin/Miramar Beach, FL, this condo villa is perfect for a relaxing long weekend or lengthy stay. Tranquil, 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa also features a spacious, furnished balcony overlooking the golf course.

You’ll find all the comforts of home with modern and updated furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen, along with the many surrounding amenities for fun. The swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court, beach access and the newly built basketball court is a short walk away, on-site bike rentals available and catch-and-release fishing in the lake directly outfront.

This nicely updated 1,110 sq. ft. condo which sleeps six includes a fully equipped kitchen. Two full baths  -- one in an en suite; combo dining room and family room with high ceilings and glass sliders for easy balcony access. Covered balcony is fully furnished and measures a spacious 25 ft x 8 ft. You’ll enjoy free WiFi, 3 tvs (one in each bedroom), and free cable with an extensive list of channels. Plenty of closet space, linens/towels, In-building washer/dryer.

Meal planning is a breeze with Publix, Winn-Dixie grocery and liquor stores just a short drive away. Not in the mood for cooking? There are many casual or upscale restaurants for dining in or take-out. Be sure to set aside a day for shopping at Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard or Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall with over 100 brand name stores. The entire family will enjoy The Village of Baytowne Wharf that includes shopping, a ropes course, playground, carousel, great dining, arcade games, sweet treats, live music, festivals and movies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean place. TVs in living room and one bedroom are not smart tvs so be ready to only watch Cable tv. One ply toilet paper was aweful. They would do well to “splurge” on a decent roll of tp in each bathroom. Sometimes it’s the little things that are appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was clean and convienient to the beach. It stated in the listed that we were a 5 min walk from the beach, I would like to say that isn't quite accurate, especially with kids and beach cart. Seascape didn't have private beach access either, but they did have parking across from the beach and whales tail. Property was clean and secure and quiet. We thought we were not going to have access in our unit to washer and dryer, but it did have that. TV in guest bedroom didn't work. It also had the coolest fold a way bed in the living room under the tv. Beds were a little more firm than what we like, but overall it was clean and nice.
