Not happy with management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to cancel our stay due to my husband getting sick. I reached out and told them and asked if they could just return us the cleaning fee and they told us NO! We ddi not understand why since no one ever walked in the property on our end. Poor solution on their end
