We have stayed in multiple condos at Ariel Dunes, and this one did not disappoint. The place has beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is well stocked with almost everything you could need. One thing we did not find was a hair dryer, but we had one with us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean,decor very dark, with heavy curtains, valanced windows and dark furniture. A few extra bath towels would be nice. No liquid dish detergent, sponge or kitchen scrubbie, no laundry detergent, no sharp kitchen prep knives, potato peeler, hand soap. Maybe this is all acceptable in this market but as a vacation rental owner I expected a bit more attention to comfort and updated decor.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a condo at Ariel Dunes tower I that was located on the 22nd floor, the view was incredible, condo clean and the Beach service was nice. One downfall was that we went in March so the weather was a bit cooler and most pools were not heated, and no hot tubes. All and all we had a great time and the kids loved it, we will be back.

Reviewer Comments: Had a rough start bc we never received emails after reserving and had to call several times. The unit was nice, although the pullout bed needs to be cleaned - and floor beneath. Elevator was a little annoying - always full and always a line. Distance not bad from the beach. Waiting in line at 8:45am for our free rental umbrella and chairs and never get front row. Whale’s tail was convenient and yummy. Furniture was nice, view was beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo. The online listing doesnt do it justice! The views are great and the condo has a restaurant/bar downstairs which was super convenient. The only negative things I could say are very minor. The upstairs neighbors were really loud starting at around 6 am. The lady in the HOA office was incredibly rude as well. We popped in to ask a question on 2 different occassions and she treated us very disrespectfully. I work in Property Management so it was especially surprising to me that someone in her position would treat us that way. I do understand that she works for the owners and not the guests...however, the guests are making the owners money by renting their condos. If I was an owner and I knew that she was treating my guests that way I would be very upset. Nonetheless, that wasn’t enough to keep us from coming back or recommending this condo to others. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great stay!!!

Hair everywhere

The room itself was lovely. Until you took a closer look. Lots of hair in both beds. I had to strip the beds and totally wash all of the sheets. Not the first thing I feel like doing on my vacation. Hair was on the couch too. We didn't even sit on it. We sat at the dining room table. At this price point I would expect it to be cleaner. There was sand on the master bathroom floor. Maybe they forgot to sweep? I did however pay a cleaning fee!!!! Not acceptable.

Nice place with easy beach access.

We decided last minute to go on Spring Break and were very pleased with this condo. Perfect size for three of us and it was really nice to have the beach chair set up included. We ate in each night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our second day was a little too cool for the beach but the heated pool was great. We had some trouble with the main TV the first night but the staff fixed it first thing in the morning. We'll definitely visit again.
