    The Space:

    Make this beautiful, renovated condo with panoramic views of the Gulf from every room your home base to explore and enjoy the Sunshine State. Professionally decorated, it features an all-new, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a new bath (also with granite), new furniture, flooring, drapes, fixtures, and electronics. It sleeps up to four people with a king bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo has been outfitted with a large TV and Blu-Ray player in the living room and a large flat screen with a DVD player in the bedroom. An oversize bar offers seating for drinks or meals and the dining room has seating with a view for four. The balcony offers new furniture where you can dine, relax, watch the sunset, and see the dolphins play. A new washer/dryer let you do laundry on site, a great convenience nowadays. Beach House offers many private amenities, including WiFi, cable, and shared amenities like a sparkling outdoor pool, fitness center, gas grills, and tennis court. This condo offers all you need for a relaxed, upscale experience on the beach.



    This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options.
