Nearby were informal restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market. Staff were amazing. Rooms were smallish and needed some updating but great for pre and post cruise.

I had multiple issues with the Panel team. There were repeated scheduling mistakes, conflicting messages, and a lack of internal communication, which caused unnecessary confusion. Staff did not acknowledge errors or apologize, and I felt my instructions were ignored. Specifically, Jon and Nash had significant communication issues. Overall, the service from the Panel team was unprofessional, dismissive, and frustrating, giving an impression of a lack of respect and professionalism.

Everything was fine once the check-in happened. They couldn't find my check in and I waited around the lobby for close to an hour before i finally went to my son's room. We had a game to go to at 4 pm and we received a phone call that my check in was ready but when i went down it still took about 20 minutes. At one point I suggested they just give me my prepaid money back and I would sleep on the couch in my son's room, but that wasn't going to happen!
