"I had a great stay at this hotel: everything felt fresh and modern from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless and clearly part of a newer building, with a spacious, well-designed bathroom and a comfortable shower that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a clean, inviting pool area. Breakfast offered a solid variety of choices, with both healthy and hearty options to start the day right. The only minor downside is that the hotel sits under a flight path, but the noise was minimal and not at all disturbing. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in a modern setting."

"This property has great potential, but there were certainly areas for improvement. As this property is in the basement of a home, there are people living upstairs, so some noise was expected, however, the noise from upstairs was at all hours and it was more than just your typical moving about. There were multiple nights where it seemed like furniture was being moved or built at midnight, screaming and running around at all hours, and even cleaning with a very noisy vacuum at about 2AM. The listing was not as accurate at we had hoped either. The listing mentions a hot tub which was no where to be seen. I also am not sure how this space is to accommodate 7 people. There are 2 queen beds and no couch spaces that someone could sleep on. We actually had to purchase an air mattress to comfortably sleep our 4 adults. I also believe it is important to note that there are two doors within the rented space that lead to the main house. As the renter you have no ability to lock these doors. While this was not an issue, it was slightly unnerving not knowing who had direct access to the space and out items when we were not present. I would certainly not say this space is a lost cause as it is very nice and was very clean, however, the noise and the lack of space was difficult. "
