"didn't use the laundry but, it is always clean. been there several times. breakfast is good. rooms are always very clean. staff members and cleaning people are great and very friendly. security right on! Had a problem and they were right there. We didn't know it was a guy going thru the trash cans that wasn't suppose to be there."

"The hotel/casino was great. They have refurbished or are in the middle of a renovation. Only complaint we have is one of the elevators wasn’t functioning properly and this caused a small disruption in hotel travel. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. "

"Absolutely love this property. I love the ease and security of getting up to our rooms and check-in was a breeze. The ladies were very informative and our rooms were clean. Although I do like my room really chilly and the temperature was extremely controlled. I overall had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend the scarlet pearl casino."

"The Beau Rivage is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has so many amenities and things to do. Great restaurants surrounding the area as well as a great resort with such a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be going back. We absolutely loved it. 10/10"
