"Room amazing, staff even more amazing wasn’t feeling well the day after check in due to & small issues. The staff kicked into over drive to take care of me. Ms. Brenda Ms. Deidra in house keeping, and Ms. Aretha Wallace’s room service/ highlight sports bar. Not to mention management for guests services that I spoke with morning of Jan. 2nd so sorry I don’t remember your name but I’ll never forget you within 30 mins your grace took over you made sure I didn’t want nor need for anything. "South Beach Biloxi hotel is now one of my favorite hotels. The location was right next to walkable restaurants along the boardwalk. The private entry to beach and pool were very convenient. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The complimentary breakfast was good and there were options. The room was nice and cozy, I loved seeing the sunset from the balcony. The hotel smells so good from the elevators to hallways, and the rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful! "
