This was a one-night stay, room-only, on Christmas night. We were able to check-in early afternoon at approx. 3pm and leave bags, and returned approx 1am. Room was fine and bed comfortable, although it was cold in the room and was slow to heat up. Nevertheless, slept well, shower was good and we were out at 9:30 am. Will use the hotel again.

This was a last minute booking after we decided to go to a gig at the O2 Academy. It was perfectly located, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the shower excellent.
Couldn’t fault the stay or the hotel.
