"We have never stayed at a property that was as perfect as this. The room, the view, the staff and the amenities were all above and beyond our wildest expectations. We were in Miyajima and on three stormy rainy days and still had an amazing time. Our room was large and had everything you can imagine, including a private onsen on our patio and more. The staff made us feel so welcome and even wiped dry our suitcases when we arrived. I can’t recommend it enough and there is no way to give a review that properly describes this magical ryoken."

"Excellent hotel, very close to the train station. Staff very helpful and attentive. Rooms very well maintained. Very good selection for Breakfast. Aircon is VERY good. Close to Street tram stops. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was really good and fresh. The onsen was wonderful and clean. With a family of four our room was quite small and the beds were not big enough for all of us, which was the only concern so maybe not the best place to stay with two children who need their own space. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and the neighborhood was very walkable and easy to get around."

"As a tourist, the hotel enjoys an excellent location, with all important sights, shops & restaurants just a few moments walk away. Staff were superb & exceptionally helpful. Cleanliness was typically Japanese - sparkling ! Should I ever return to Hiroshima, I'd stay in the same hotel. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Comparing the breakfast buffet to Rhyga and Sheraton hotels in Hiroshima was just OK. The selection of Japanese breakfast buffet section and the taste were poor. And also the food should be served with the right temperatures. No one seems paying attention to the matter."
