Great location and charming place

The house is at a fantastic location with everything nearby. Everything was very clean and very quiet even though very close to the main street. Wifi was fast enough. Will definitely book again.

Surprisingly great

Everything is expensive in Moab. But if you have to pay, this one was surprisingly good. Awesome location yet still private enough to relax.

Nicely furnished and peaceful

This was a return visit to our favorite place to stay in Moab. We like to cook so the well furnished kitchen suits our needs well. The central location if great and offers good intown walking options. The beds are comfortable, it's nicely decorated and very clean. It would be a very nice place to just hang out if we weren't always so busy doing things around Moab.

Nice little cottage in a great location.

Right off the main drag, this quaint little cottage was perfect for our family of four. The two rollaway beds were perfect. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. Walkable to many dining options and shops. Quiet end of a Dead end street with a nice creek to listen to at night. We loved it!

We came to Moab to visit family, and enjoy some adventures. The house was lovely, with basic amenities. The deck in the yard provided a lovely oasis and the location is perfect for walking around downtown.

Perfect base camp for your Moab adventures

Our family absolutely loved this house and its location in the middle of Moab. We were able to walk from the house to the downtown area as well as bike on the bike trail that goes right by the house. In the evening we sat on the deck overlooking the little creek and underneath the giant cottonwood tree. It was so peaceful after a day full of activity. You could find no better accommodations in Moab!

Everything about the property was amazing! Located downtown in a quiet dead end street by the creek. We’ll kept, clean, and updated home. Property manager was quick to welcome us and reply to our requests.

Moab 61E S 200- Great Place

This property is ideal for a small group going to Moab. Located right in the heart of town, everything is walking distance. The sound of the creek behind it is very tranquil, and the staff at Vacasa was exceptionally responsive and helpful with the couple of questions we had. We thought it was an ideal spot if going to Moab.

Cleaners sucked, but property is great

I found a blunt (marijuana) outside on the patio at the base of a post the second morning there. I also found a pair of men’s underwear in a cubby in the closet, at eye level, the second night there. The cleaners did not do a good job. The home itself was awesome. The deck overlooking the creek was amazing. The home had enough amenities if you wanted to cook and serve a meal you can do it easily, or you could just do what we did and walk a few short blocks to several great places for your meals. There’s a Creekside trail that’s is awesome during the daylight (a couple shady characters in there at night). My only complaint is about the obvious missed items when I had my younger kids playing outside and sleeping in a room with, apparently, some dude’s dirty undergarments.

Perfect spot

We are not hotel people. This is a little oasis - right in town, but near the stream, shaded by lots of trees and its quiet. Management was extremely helpful and responsive, place is perfectly designed for its purpose. So glad we did NOT stay anywhere else.

Great roomy house

This house was very spacious. Perfect for family or two couples. It had all the amenities you need. Communication was outstanding. Checkin was a breeze. The location was perfect. Only about a 10 minute drive to Arches NP. You are in walking distance to shops restaurants and coffee. There’s a diner right on the corner. It’s a perfect location and really nice place to stay. I would definately stay here again.

The perfect oasis in Moab

The house was clean, roomy and plenty comfortable for five people. On site amenities were wonderful. It was perfectly situated in Moab, secluded enough from the main street to feel like a private oasis with a lovely deck and a creek running behind the yard, all while being close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. It was a quick and easy drive to Arches and close enough to do Canyonlands as well. Can’t recommend it enough!

Nice stay, great location.

This property is a great find. Fantastic location, cozy cottage, excellent access to all things Moab. My only complaint is the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. After a long day of hiking and exploring you want to unwind and rest but the beds were so thin it may it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Plenty of blankets to keep us warm though, great shower with lots of hot water as well.
