"The hotel was very clean. However the beds were not very comfortable. They could use an upgrade. I gave the hotel 5 stars because of the staff. They are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t bad either, although the cafe across the street is much better."

"The staff was very welcoming and attentive, the only complaint about the hotel room was that my husband was in a wheelchair and the door did not have a stopper it was a little difficult mostly getting into the room trying to hold the door open to maneuver the wheelchair . "
