"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are wonderful people and incredibly gracious. The views from the property are amazing over the field of cherry trees and across the valley. This felt like a home away from home with plenty of space and some of the best people you will ever meet."

Savour the world's finest balsamic vinegar at family-run acetaias, then explore the UNESCO-listed cathedral with its dramatic Ghirlandina tower. Food lovers shouldn't miss Mercato Albinelli for local specialities, while car enthusiasts can visit the impressive Ferrari Museum in nearby Maranello.
Cozy and spacious room.
Comfortable bed.
Big parking, good gym.
Breakfast very basic, dinner good but little bit too expensive.
In restaurants was hard to communicate with waiters in English.
Not very clean room

I stayed here twice while on a solo 5,000 kms motorcycle tour of Europe. By the time I got here, I'd completed about 1600kms in 2 days, and needed rest. For the first time on the trip, I got a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean, large, quiet with excellent bathroom facilities. My only complaint is that there's no main light in the room, it's all lamps in corners which means when you're trying to unpack at night, or pack early in the morning you literally can't see inside your bags...

Amazing location 10/10 - steps away from the central market, piazza and cathedral. Great for us as we were there for only a night, so good to be so close to attractions.
Clean boutique property and parking garage is just next door to the hotel. They gave good driving instructions, so kudos to that!
As there’s no elevator, people with luggage should ask for low floors.
Definitely highly recommended!

Short walk to Piazza Grande, the centre of Modena.
Generous buffet breakfast, ask for fried eggs if you like them.
They took a photo copy of my credit card on arrival.i was uncomfortable about that and got it back on departure.
Staff very friendly and obliging.
