Staff where friendly & helpful. It's a shame but had to ask for hairdryer as one wasn't in the room, I was advised by staff that some had broken hence why it was missing. Dirty spoons in room, which where replace quickly by staff. No vanity area in room. Breakfast was a bit lacking for me, coffee wasn't great & pastries where clearly not fresh.

Nuce and clean. Comfortable bed. What more could you need! Great location for the docks and city centre. Parking a short walk away but not too far.

"Great staff at this facility we will defo be back. The food was great in the evening and we really enjoyed the spa facilities Minor point please fix the bathroom door stay in room 121 it's sharp n rusty but didn't affect our stay"
