Wow! What a find. A beautiful house just outside Puerto Morgan. Far enough away that you have some seclusion, but close enough to the town to enjoy it.
Only two other properties share the site including the po which we had to ourselves for the whole visit. Surrounded by tropical fruit trees and regularly arrived home to fresh mango and papaya waiting for us. Really lovely place, well cared for and great communication from the owners. Will be back!
What an amazing find! This property is fabulous; from the stunning surroundings and beautifully maintained gardens/pool and accomodation to the peace and tranquility away from the typical holiday hustle and bustle. This is the perfect base to explore the island. Just a short drive into Puerto de Mogan and only 45 minutes from the airport. Thank you to both Paco and Tino for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!
Det var en super oplevelse, lejemålet levede op til vores forventninger. Poolen er godt indrettet, haven er pragtfuld og gartneren er meget hjælpsom og venlig. Alt i alt får de 5 stjerner herfra.
Wir waren 18 Tage auf der Finca und haben keinen Tag bereut.
Die Lage (ruhig), die Wohnung und der Tropical Garten sind einfach klasse.
Eduardo und der Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, auch bekommt
man immer wieder Früchte, die gerade reif sind, gebracht.
Die Finca ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden der Insel.
Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn, schnell in Puerto de Mogan und auch direkt im Hinterland
mit seinen Kurven und Tälern.
Ruhige Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca 10min zu erreichen und für das Frühstück geht man
5 Minuten zu Fuss zu der Kooperative und holt sich sein Brot, Käse, Wein, Obst, Gemüse ect
Alles in allem, waren wir begeistert und werden versuchen wiederzukommen.

Great vacation spot!
The property was as great as advertised - airy clean rooms (and it was cleaned every 2 or 3 days!), plenty of space to relax and sit on the patio to eat. Spent the mornings at nearby beaches and afternoons around the pool. Fabulous spot for a family reunion (two couples in unit 2, one family of 4 in unit 3 - worked great!) Paco was also very accommodating regarding slight changes in plans.

Lovely relaxing week in the sun
Lovely villa in a beautiful finca, close enough to Puerto Mogan for the beach but nice to escape the crowds and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Fresh papaya and avacodo's from the gardener were very welcome!

Wunderbares Appartement mit Paradiesgarten und Pool
Das Appartement war sehr schön, hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Finca hat einen landwirtschaftlich genutzten Garten mit tollen Papaya-, Mango- und Avocadobäumen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr sauber, alles ist sehr gepflegt. Das Team war herzlich und zuvorkommend, häufiger Handtuchwechsel und Aufräumen inklusive.
Auch die geographische Lage ist günstig: Man ist über die Autobahn schnell in Las Palmas und am Flughafen, zum Meer ist es ein Katzensprung. Trotzdem kann man auch direkt vom Haus in die Berge starten, um zu wandern oder die Insel zu erkunden.
Es war Mitte Februar sonnig und warm (bis 25° Celsius). Die Finca Mogan ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Eleganter Bungalow in Strandnähe
Die Lage ist gut, wenn man schnell zur Hafenstadt oder auf die Autobahn möchte. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet. Das Gelände bietet mit dem Pool und dem Garten eine schöne Kombination zum Naherholen. Kleines Minus, je nach Geschmack, sind die geringen Straßengeräusche und die dürftigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß vom Grundstück aus. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, auch für kleine Familien!

Helt fantastisk feriebolig
Boligen ligger i rolige omgivelser, meget tæt på Puerto Mogan. Der er dejlig rent og velholdt overalt i boligen. Alt fungerer optimalt inde og ude. Venligt og imødekommende personale som kommer jævnligt. Rengøring og håndklædeskift hver anden dag. Poolen er dejlig ren.

Tolle und sehr gepflegte Anlage
Wer sich dem Pauschaltourismus auf der Insel entziehen will, ist hier genau richtig. Schöne, kleine und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Vermieter und Mitarbeiter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat alles super geklappt.
Eigentlich hat die Anlage volle Punkte verdient. Den Punkt Abzug gibt es, da das Objekt etwas weiter draußen (ca. 3 km von Puerto de Mogan entfernt) an einer Straße liegt. Man braucht also auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen für alle Besorgungen, Essen gehen, etc.
Danke für die schöne Zeit auf der Insel.

Buona sistemazione, casa nuova e ben tenuta, un po' spartano l'arredamento.
Abbiamo mangiato avocado e mango a volontà, i giardinieri ce li lasciavano sul tavolo della veranda. La manutenzione è stata costante compresa la pulizia delle stanze. Bella la piscina di notte. Un po' spartano l'arredamento e la dotazione di elettrodomestici (manca la lavatrice) e attrezzature da cucina.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen in einem sauberen und gepflegten Appartment. Pool ebenfalls sauber, Liegen von guter Qualität. Jeden zweiten Tag Zimmerservice und Gartenpflege. Absolut top!

Super schöne Lage, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, die Anlage ist super sauber und gepflegt, unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, schön wäre noch ein Grill gewesen. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist gut und unkompliziert. Unsere Kinder waren ganz verrückt auf den Pool, der auch sehr angenehm warm war. Wir würden immer wieder gerne unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Perfect Setting for a wonderful holiday.
This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. Very clean and spacious, and the cleaners arrive to clean and replace towels every other day. The gardener is there every day, and offers delicious mango and papaya every day. We stayed in the three bedroom accommodation which has a lovely balcony and view of the mountain. It was perfect for my partner to mountain bike from and a half hour walk into Puerto Mogan, which is very pretty. You are best to have a hire car. The kids loved the pool, and we had a great time playing and relaxing at the pool. Best accommodation we have ever booked. Thank you Paco, we loved it,

Wunderbar!
Eine sehr schöne kleine Anlage! Der Pool (beheizt!), die Beete und die Finca für 4 Personen, die wir gemietet hatten, waren gepflegt und wurden fast täglich gereinigt. Der Blick über das Tal ist herrlich, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Wlan!), die Betten sehr bequem, das Bad modern und sauber. Das Personal, welches vormittags vorbei kam, war sehr freundlich und nett. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt, können die Finca 100% weiter empfehlen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen!

The perfect family vacation
We really enjoyed the stay at Casa 3. It was beyond our expectations, very clean, well maintained and equipped. Cleaning of the house every 2nd day, pool was clean and everything was in good condition. Paco and his employees is doing a great job and I really recommend this house.
Rental car is good to have even if the bus passes on the road just outside the garden. A local store has basic food, locally produced fruit and vegetables. For other shopping it is necessary to go to Puerto de Mogan, only 3 min with car.
Several beaches like Puerto de Mogan, Amadores, Puerto Rico are easy reached within minutes by car. I really recommend to stay at this house.

Fantastic place!
We are so happy we found this amazing place for our holiday! We, two adults and one 3year old girl, stayed in casa 2 for 5 days and we were very satisfied with everything. The house was clean, spacious and cozy. We played in the garden among the banana and avocado trees and had some nice swims in the swimmingpool! We can absolutely recommend this place and we really hope we can return in the future!

Perfekte Location für individualreisende Familien
Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie, haben in der Casa 2 wunderbare 9 Frühlingstage verbracht. Das Häuschen ist zweckmäßig und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und und mit viel Blick fürs Detail gestaltet, mit einem blitzsauberen Pool und einem täglich auf Vordermann gebrachten Garten. Zu unserer Überraschung (und Freude ;-)) wurde auch unsere Wohnung mehrfach zwischengereinigt und die Betten gemacht, jeweils in unserer Abwesenheit. Auch wenn das Grundstück an der mäßig befahrenen Straße zwischen Mogan und Puerto de Mogan liegt, ist es dort insgesamt sehr ruhig - die Fotos vermitteln die idyllische Atmosphäre realistisch. Ein Auto sollte möglichst vorhanden sein, zu Fuß ist man etwa eine halbe Stunde bis nach Puerto de Mogan unterwegs. (Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich etwa 150 Meter von der Finca entfernt.) Die Lage der Unterkunft macht sie zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sowohl in die beeindruckende Bergwelt Gran Canarias (besonders empfehlenswert: die Wanderungen zum Roque Nublo und zum Charco Azul) als auch zu den Stränden.
Der Vermieter hat uns äußerst freundlich in Empfang genommen, auch die Kommunikation vor und nach der Reise war sehr entspannt und angenehm. Insgesamt also eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wenn wir wieder nach Gran Canaria kommen, dann bestimmt hierhin!

Nice appartment for a relaxing family holiday
Parctical and well equipped appartment for a family. Convenient location in a valley, a few minutes drive from the village, beach and port (a car is recommended). Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. We had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would consider coming back.
