"Had several stays here now & choose it as it’s in the perfect location for us. We choose the sumsuites section as it has good views over Puerto Rico but is still really handy to get to the bottom to amenities. The balconies are fabulous if like is you spend a lot of time on there, they get the sun from early on, unlike accommodation at the other bottom side of the hill. They are starting to look a little tired in places, such as the fake grass & the fridges, some of the sunbeds, but everything is kept clean & well maintained."

"Lovely stay at Gloria Palace royal, hopefully these words help: - taxi from the airport is around 70€ - breakfast is fantastic, plenty of cooked options and the freshly made omelette was a favourite of ours. - rooms are spacious and overlook the beach, but are starting to look a little dated. - maid comes everyday if you leave the sign on the door and brings 500ml of still and sparkling water. - there is no iron or ironing room…this was the biggest annoyance as we had to then pay for the ironing, so 7€ a dress and 5€ a shirt as example can soon add up. So either take your own iron or be prepared to pay. That said, the ironed clothes was returned in 24 hours (but could take 48)!! - hotel is spotlessly cleaned. - infinity pool is great and has a water dispenser, so take a refillable bottle, it helps! - pool towels are provided free of charge which is a good touch (but expected from a nice hotel) - no shop in the hotel, but a small spar shop is close, otherwise there are some limited vending machines placed around the hotel! - staff are friendly and helpful! - evening entertainment is ok, otherwise Puerto Rico is about 7€ in a taxi. Overall, would recommend but make sure you take an iron!! "

"Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only."

"I like everything, the food, the staff so friendly, very respectful, specially a guy name Abel, super nice person, and in reception Enrique. I wish every hotel in the world will have people like this guys. Overall the hotel was excellent"

"Pool and garden areas are great and alway kept clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Rooms good. Breakfast is comprehensive and starts at 7 which is good if you’re going out for the day. Only negatives are - tvs are not smart no Netflix or Amazon YouTube etc… some machinery noise humming in room maybe affect you if a light sleeper. "

"Horrible location like benidorm. Great views. Dont be conned by superior rooms at twice the price they are all basic just expensive ones higher up hill. Would never stay again, terrible location, noisy hotels opposite. Package holiday hell. "
