"The room was clean and comfy. A few dining options were closed for us on an early Saturday and one venue ignored us for several minutes as we waited to be seated. We ended up in the food court and received great service from Del Taco. The staff was helpful over something we thought would be in the room and sent one up for us and it was a very relaxing time around the convention we came to cover."

"Hotel and nice. Room was nice with good quality fixtures and fittings but no usual hotel comforts such as Nespresso machine etc. reception very slow and had automatically allocated a smoking room without any thought - took ages waiting g fur then to change this. Automatic check out on TV failed to work."
