"Highly recommend - this was our favorite hotel we’ve ever been to, and the perfect end to our honeymoon. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. "We got two bottles of free water. The supermarket is close but walking is tiring in the heat. The train station is 5 min walk away but currently the road is under construction so 2x that. We could park free. The amphitheater is 25 min walk away. The breakfast is good and the room is clean. No restaurant without walking a bit but I still think for traveling with family this is a better choice."

"Some of the best staff and Customer Service I’ve ever experienced while traveling. First off, I had requested a bathtub, and when we checked in, we did not have one, and they immediately made sure that we were in a room that accommodated those needs for our small child. Epic pizza at the pool. Great wait staff in every bar and restaurant. The breakfast every morning was spectacular! The pools are so relaxing. Location can’t be beat. Walk ability to the lake is excellent. The perfect spot to vacation with children. I can see why people come back here every year. We met many people who have been vacationing here since they were children. And come back every year. Just wish it was closer to us, being from the US. If you’re even on the fence, just book it! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back at some point. Thank you, thank you thank you."

"The place was clean, check in was smooth, location was very central. Balcony was nice to sit out and watch life in Vernona. Music played downstairs until 2 am and you could hear it in the bedrooms. It was air conditioned but not cold - cool at the most. Could hear every step the tenants upstairs took. I would stay here again just bring ear plugs for sleeping"

"The hotel is very well situated, about a 10 minute walk from Verona. We managed to disembark a flight, get to the hotel, walk into Verona and be seated for a performance of Aida within an hour! The room was spacious and cool with standard facilities. It looks like it was very grand at one point (lots and lots of beautiful marble) but other aspects are very tired. The sofas in reception were badly faded, saggy and worn and let the place down a bit. Breakfast was perfectly good but not outstanding as lower selection of hot items. But we were there for one night and it was perfectly good."
