"Really nice hotel right on the waters edge in Sirmione. We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a lake view. If you’re taking a car then drop a line to the hotel who will arrange parking at a large car park about 300 meters from the hotel. It’s about £10 per 24 hours and you get a complimentary chauffeured ‘stretch’ Golf Buggy which delivers you and any luggage direct to the hotel. If you travel ‘light’ it’s only about an 8 minute walk. The ‘Lake View’ part of our room was an added extra which I wouldn’t bother with again as you had to climb out your bedroom and look over a brick wall to see the lake and over the 3 days we saw the lake morning, noon and night. Can’t decide whether room was a bit dated or fitted in with the decor of the hotel, bit of unsightly mould around the shower but other than that room was very clean, (maid was daily). Biggest issue but not the biggest deal in the world was the lack of plug sockets, 1 behind the TV (being used by the TV) and the only other one in the bathroom (!). This made charging phones etc a bit problematic. Hotel staff were helpful and super friendly. Included ‘Free’ Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice but omelettes and poached eggs etc came at an additional price. The outdoor pool and spa is in a separate building opposite with the pool being a bit tight for space, you’d do well to just turn up and get a sun-bed, yet alone 2. There are however alternative places to sit, the spa guy/girl are happy to get you drinks from "

"This is my fourth time here! Couldn’t recommend it more. Torri is fantastic, quieter town but accessible to other bigger busier areas (Riva, Garda etc). It is only about 30-40 minute bus ride from train station at the bottom of the lake. Torri has lots of water-front restaurants, nice bars and local independent shops. Plenty ice cream! This hotel is perfect, 5 minute walking distance into Torri. Lovely clean spacious apartments. Pool and lounge areas are peaceful and have spectacular views of the lake. Very reasonably priced bar with very pleasant and attentive staff. Totally recommend "

"Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back."

" ⭐ One Star – A Hotel to Avoid at All Costs ⭐ I travelled from the UK and was deeply disappointed from the moment I arrived. There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. It’s a 30–40 minute walk into Torrevieja, mostly along a very dark, unlit coastal path that feels unsafe at night. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later."

"Technical savvy needed ie. texting,email,video. This is really a first class air B and B. Central and walkable. Good newly renovated solid apartment building. Clean, quiet, good air conditioning( mid)September. Safe. Serviced every day with new towels . room done quietly and efficiently. Never saw another human as everything done silently and efficiently by phone. Near ancient Arena but with double glazed windows never heard anything. Would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel right on the water. food is very good and you are in the heart of Sirmione. You can easily organise car parking and then there is an easy shuttle service to the hotel. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was incredible. only criticism: A hotel of this size should have a gym or access to a gym"
