"It was very clean and was very comfortable. The location was not very close from the hotel or from Korakuen. It took me more than 15 minutes with heavy suitcase, but the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and it was very reasonable. Very nice hotel. I will use Smile Hotel again."

"古くからあるホテルとは知っていましたがリフォームしたと記載があった為予約。 実際には、おそらく壁紙を張り替えただけ。全てが古くバスルームも茶色くくすんでシミもある…。 ソーサーの上にグラスが伏せて置いてあったのですが、ソーサーにホコリが溜まりまくっていて、そのグラス置きの後ろのポットを取ると短い髪の毛が数本落ちていました。 ベッドのシーツの上にも謎のホコリ？灰？のような黒い点々が落ちていて、布団に入るのが怖くて何もかけずに寝ました。(ホコリのようなものは全て払いのけました) タバコの匂いが大嫌いなので禁煙ルームを選びましたが、部屋に入った瞬間からすごいタバコの匂い。おそらく昔は禁煙、喫煙関係なかったのだと思いますが、匂いがキツすぎて気分が悪かったです。禁煙ルームの表記はやめるべき。 イオンの目の前、駅もすぐそば、コンビニも居酒屋も周りにはたくさんある好立地ですが、全てが恐怖でしかなかったです。 星なんてつけれたもんじゃない状況でしたが、星2つはスタッフの方の対応に。"
