This renovated 25m2 studio is fully equipped so you can feel at home. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

You will appreciate its brightness, its small balcony to have your lunch, its elegant decoration and its centrality


It consists of a bathroom (toilet, shower, towels, washing machine and hairdryer, iron).
An open kitchen renovated aesthetically and equipped with everything you need.
A living room with an office space, a closet and a comfortable sofa bed.

The apartment faces south. It is ideally located with all amenities within walking distance (5 minutes walk from Menton train and bus station to visit the Côte d'Azur, 5 minutes walk from the beaches, the city center and the old town of Menton).

Collective parking is also available.

The bus station is 2 minutes away.
The SNCF station is 2 minutes away, giving you access to Monaco in 10 minutes, Nice in 30 minutes or Italy in 10 minutes.
The highway is accessible in 15 minutes.
