Parking in the property with 1500 m² of land. Gîte near the Grande Corniche road (busy road during rush hour). Including charges. Tourist tax extra. Ideal cottage for a family of 2 adults and 2 children given the configuration of the rooms. Stay on the Grande Corniche road overlooking the iconic French Riviera. This garden-level gîte in a typical Nice house is located in Eze, a few kilometers from its legendary hilltop village, near St-Jean Cap Ferrat, between La Turbie and Nice... 10 minutes from the beaches, Nice, and the Principality of Monaco.
