  • 40 m from the sea in the heart of the city and on the famous place st roch on the 1st floor of a small building a 2 rooms of 52 m totally renovated
    available
    a bathroom (shower toilet washing machine)
    an independent kitchen entirely equipped with dishwasher oven vitro ceramic hob fridge microwave and coffee machine
    a room with bed in 140 and numerous tidying up
    main living room, bright (4 windows) with dining area, lounge area (convertible bultex) flat screen tv
    Note that everything is done on foot (5 minutes from the train station and the old town)
    however possibility of renting parking space nearby (50m) to the week
