There is a workspace in the bedroom. <br><br>You’ll feel like you’re in a small house. The apartment is 50m² and features over 70m² of private outdoor space, including a very large south-facing terrace and a garden area. Each room opens onto the terrace through a large picture window. You’ll enjoy the sunrise every morning, which floods the apartment with light… <br><br>High-quality amenities: electric shutters and blinds, reinforced door, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, drip coffee maker, compact dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle…), <br><br>The beds are made upon arrival. Linens are provided. A baby cot is available upon request. <br>In case of late arrival, keys can be picked up from a secure drop box. <br><br>Parking: spaces available in the residence; no private parking spots.<br><br>Everything is within walking distance: beaches (Rondelli Beach is less than an 8-minute walk away), restaurants, Menton’s Old Town, the Basilica, museums, Garavan train station… <br><br>The residence is located just below the prestigious Boulevard de Garavan: as you arrive, you’ll feel as though you’re diving into the sea! <br><br>Beach access: via the Sentier des Oliviers. The residence has a private gate leading directly to this path, which takes you to the sandy beaches of Menton Garavan in just a few minutes. Sablettes Beach is also accessible on foot.
