Lovely apartment in Menton - Garavan Palace

Vous passerez d'agréables vacances dans un logement moderne, lumineux et décoré avec gout, situé dans le quartier résidentiel de Garavan, à Menton. Appartement tout équipé, avec stationnement et gare à proximité. Les chambres et le salon, exposées "sud", possèdent un petit balcon avec vue sur la mer. Composé de 2 chambres, vous pourrez y séjourner à 4, ou dédier la seconde chambre, équipée d'un bureau, à un espace de travail. Une salle d'eau (douche) ainsi qu'un WC indépendant (abattant WC avec jet intégré) viennent compléter le logement. L'appartement et sa cuisine sont très bien équipés: internet, TV connectée, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, plaques induction... Et pour les voyageurs véhiculés, une douzaine de places de stationnement sont disponibles au sein de la résidence, juste au pied du bâtiment.Petit plus, vous résiderez dans un ancien Palace Mentonnais: le Garavan Palace. Édifice construit au début du XXe siècle, il a été aménagé en immeuble au milieu du siècle dernier. L'agréable promenade du bord de mer se situe à moins de 200m à pied (rue Blasco Ibanez légèrement en montée). C'est aussi là que vous trouverez les premiers restaurants et cafés, ainsi qu'un supermarché (à 500m). Vous rejoindrez facilement la vieille ville de Menton et la frontière Italienne, situées à équidistance du logement (1,5km soit 20min de marche ou 5 de voiture). Le parc du Pian et ses magnifiques oliviers est juste à côté de la résidence. Enfin, en ce qui concerne les transports en commun, la gare de Menton-Garavan (axe Cannes/Nice/Aéroport/Monaco/Italie) se trouve à 5 minutes de marche.
