Skøn beliggenhed i forhold til at være ved havet og nyde byens gode restauranter og by liv. Lejligheden ligger med en skøn udsigt hvor man kan nye udsigten i fulde drag. Men vær dig opmærksom på at der ligger en tog bane lige ved siden af lejligheden (bag til) som giver noget støj.
Cependant, 1 ou 2 transats seraient les bienvenus.
La literie serait à changer.
La salle de bain est trop sombre, manque d'éclairage. Elle serait à moderniser.
La pièce de vie a un mobilier vétuste, surtout le canapé qui n'est pas confortable.
