    apartment located towards the back of the building - quiet with view of greenery, hills and gardens.
    Beautiful terrace furnished with relaxing chairs, table and sofas.
    2nd floor with assensor.
    parking in the building for all city cars: no jeep, Vans or SUV for reasons of height)
    1 real double bed. + 1 sofa bed for 2 pers.

Studio was clean, modern and quiet. Balcony was a nice feature. Parking is available on site in the basement. Everything to see and do in Menton is nearby especially if you have a car. Studio lacked a few essentials like shampoo and soap plus the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. Besides that I would recommend staying here.

L’appartamento è completo di tutto ciò che serve, c’è il parcheggio ed il supermercato è vicino. Le uniche due pecche dell’appartamento sono il letto un po’ scomodo (si affossa un po’) e la pulizia non è molto accurata, c’erano un po’ troppa polvere e ragnatele qua e là. Sabrina è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile.

Ausreichend- nichts Außergewöhnliches

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich eingerichtet (Mehrfamilienhaus). Bis in die Altstadt noch ziemlich weit zu Fuß. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist für ungeübte Autofahrer eine Herausforderung. Außerhalb kaum freie Parkplätze vorhanden.

Courte halte à Menton

Studio bien situé en ville . instructions au top de Sabrina pour notre arrivée (notamment concernant l'accès garage particulier) et qui nous a rejoins sur place pour quelques précisions pour le séjour . Studio très fonctionnel et bien équipé Rien à redire pour notre séjour de 4 jours

Studio propre très bien situé et climatisé

Très beau studio fonctionnel avec un équipement complet. Idéal pour 2 personnes. La région est magnifique. Contact avec la propriétaire au top. Je recommande vivement pour les personnes qui aiment marcher. Plage à 1.4 kms et centre ville un peu plus loin

Accueil très agréable. Appartement calme, fonctionnel et décoré avec soin.

Très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! Un petit bémol pour le couchage : 1lit 2 personnes de qualité mais 1 clic clac affaissè, grinçant, peu confortable. Des oreillers trop moyens et une box au fonctionnement aléatoire mais je ne doute pas que Sabrina saura y remédier !
