"Staff was amazing, didn’t like that they did advertise they have 3 restaurants with winter hours but when we got there they didn’t actually have them all open. That should be changed to reflect what is actually open. Even still on their information pages in the room it says it’s open but only once you talk to the front desk staff it was them who informed us that they weren’t open due to low season. Also the fridge in our room was never cold, we had to order ice every day to keep our water cold. Us Canadians don’t like warm drinks. €5 a bucket and it was not good quality ice. That’s about the only down fall. "
